The rear has 3.73 gears and the trans is a 200-4R. The engine is a 1988 and later roller lifter motor that he installed roller rockers, fender-well headers, a Holley Street Dominator intake and a 650 Holley double-pumper. He replaced all interior from headliner to carpet. Robert has owned the car for about 25 years and finished it about 2 and a half years ago. It has 220 Motown aluminum heads with Crane roller rockers and a port matched Motown single plane intake manifold with a Hardcore 870 cfm modified Holley. The paint is a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser color called Deep Cranberry Pearlcoat. It was found in 1999 near Lexington, Kentucky with 66,000 original miles. This is Rocky Beaudoin's 1966 L79 Nova SS. This is Tom Bartolini's original, numbers matching L79 1966 Nova SS. It is a real SS car from California and was completely restored over a 3 year period. Michael Anderson purchased this 1966 Nova SS in 2002. It also has 17" Torq Thrust 2 wheels and VDO gauges.
